The challenge
People looking for storage are often in the middle of a move or a renovation and want answers quickly. They need to understand sizes, access and the difference between standard, climate-controlled, wine, vault and business storage, while promotional prices change over time.
What we built
- Homepage unit cards with dimensions, regular and promotional pricing and a direct reserve action
- Separate storage-type pages for personal, business, climate-controlled, wine, vault and safety-deposit storage
- Detailed quote request for customers who are still working out what they need
- Local facility page with office and access hours
- Call-to-reserve actions across the site
Design and experience
Repeatable unit cards with size, feature badges and a prominent reserve button make the first step obvious for price-focused visitors, while the storage-type pages keep a path open for people who need to understand their options first.
The results
- A clear route from choosing a size to reserving a unit
- Specialist storage types each have their own page
- Two ways in: reserve now, or request a tailored quote
