Accounts, devices and licences had grown without a plan. Staff used shared logins, leavers kept access and licences were paid for unused seats.

- Designed the tenant and identity structure in Entra ID
- Migrated mail and files in stages outside working hours
- Enrolled devices in Intune with standard policies
- Cleaned up licences and automated joiner and leaver steps
